View Campaign Statistics

To view the details and statistics of a Pushdown Campaign

From the View Campaigns page select the applicable "view details" icon located under the Actions column which will take you to the campaign details page. The "Overview" tab of the View Campaign page contains the campaign name, time and date sent, subject line, and a preview of the newsletter sent.

Next, we have the "Sub Account" tab which lists all of the connected accounts that were included in the campaign.

If you are viewing the statistics of this campaign for the first time you will need to select the "Generate report" button. This will call the statistics from each ActiveCampaign connected account via the API. Depending on how many connected accounts participated this could take a while before it returns a result. So maybe grab a coffee while you wait :)

One the report has finished generating, you will see a list view of all of the ActiveCampaign connected accounts.

Statistics include the number of recipients, open rate, click-throughs, bounces, unsubscribes, and revenue. The revenue column is only relevant if a POS system, ERP or eCommerce platform is integrated into the ActiveCampaign accounts.

Consolidated statistics including totals and averages are included at the bottom of the page.
